D.E.A.T.H. Inc. is a company that employs residents of the afterlife as Grim Reapers. Their job is to retrieve people at the time of their death and guide them to the other side. As with most large companies, there are always new and old employees, as well as a few that have been around for a very long time.
So what happens when veteran Reaper, Eddie, has to bend company rules to deal with Anna, a college student that can see him and needs his help as she deals with her over awareness of the death around her? To complicate matters, after pissing off his boss, he is assigned a trainee, John that he doesn’t want to deal with. Instead of the on the job training John expected to get, he is caught up in Eddie’s efforts to help Anna, and may learn a few things along the way.
